Application for Interbank GIRO
(To pay your fees by GIRO after enrolment)

GIRO is an easy and convenient way to pay fees by the deduction of the fee amount from your parents'/guardians' or your saving/current account with a bank.

You are required to submit this form even if you have paid your fees in full for the 1st semester of study now, as the fees for subsequent semesters will be deducted by GIRO.

If you are applying for financial assistance schemes, eg. CPF Approved Education Scheme, Post Secondary Education Account (PSEA) Scheme, Tuition Fee Loan Scheme, and/or Mendaki Tuition Fee Subsidy Scheme, you also need to submit this form.  As the schemes may not be able to cover your fees (tuition and other fees) in full, the remaining outstanding fees for the 1st semester (if any) and subsequent semesters will be deducted by GIRO.

You are required to complete the Application for Interbank GIRO form (found in the Enrolment Package or downloadable here) and mail it back to Ngee Ann Polytechnic using the envelope enclosed in the Enrolment Package.

Please note that for subsequent semesters, no hard copy of the fee voucher will be mailed to you. Instead, an email will be sent to your NP email account to inform you of the GIRO deduction date and to alert you to view your fee voucher online.



Credit Authorisation Form For Reimbursement/Payment To Students By GIRO
(For payments to be made to you by Ngee Ann Polytechnic)
In addition to the Application for Interbank GIRO form, you are requested to maintain another bank account with the Polytechnic for payments to be made to you. The payments could be the reimbursement of project expenses, disbursement of scholarships, bursaries, academic awards or refund due to excess payment, etc.  For such purpose, a "Credit Authorization Form for Reimbursement/Payment to Students by GIRO" would need to be completed by you to authorize the Polytechnic to credit funds to the stated bank account. This account is to be in your name (a joint account is allowed only if one of the account holders is in the student's name).

As it is not necessary to have this form verified by your banker, please attach a photocopy of your bank account book/statement or any document that shows your name and bank account number for the polytechnic's verification.  You are required to maintain this account during your studies in the Polytechnic.  However, if you close this account and open a new one whilst you are still studying here, do fill in a new form and return it to the Finance Counter at Student Services Centre.
