Hello guys!
Ok I know this is complete random and going to be very very out of point from my entire blog post but I reeeeeeeeeeaaaaally have to share this with you guys! Introducing my nephew!
Isn't he the cutest little boy ever? I just had to post his photo up because I just visited him earlier today and for once he actually stood there and let me take a photo of him. Btw, he wears that pair of yellow Crocs around the house. I tried to get him to take it off but he started crying. Hahaha. Ok enough of this sweet little thing, now on to even sweeter things, and I mean sweeter, literally!
Well, just the other day I had this mad insane craving for dessert, I haven't had dessert for the longest time. And plus my undying love for chocolate, I really needed my chocolate and dessert fix. I was thinking of a warm chocolate cake with ice-cream at the side. While I was at work, I was actually dreaming and drooling of sinking my teeth into the warm chocolate cake rather than selling shoes dilligently. Hahaha. So I met up with my dessert-buddy, ESH!
I told her all about my mad craving and she brought me to this place that she claimed, would be like a trip to heaven without dying. Hahaha. And so we ended up in Vivocity and for a moment I thought she tricked me because where in the world would Vivo have awesome heart-melting desserts besides Ben & Jerry's, which were obviously not enough to cure my craving. Turns out I was wrong and this is where we went to!
MAX BRENNER CHOCOLATE BAR!!!!!!!!!
I didn't even need to taste anything to be happy, knowing that I was in a chocolate bar was already satisfying 10% of my craving. Hahaha. I couldn't wait to order, as I flipped through the menu I was getting more and more excited and if Esh hadn't stopped me, I would've ordered at least half the things in the menu just because they're made of chocolate! Its pretty awesome because they serve everything from hot and cold drinks to ice cream and waffles and crepes!
Their hot chocolate are placed in hug mugs like the one above along with a small saucer of chocolate bits so you can add them to determine how chocolatey you want it to be! Its really awesome compared to some hot chocolate outside where they merely make it with the cocoa powder and hot water, drinking it doesn't make you all warm and fuzzy!
Also, if you aren't a fan of hot chocolate, you can always try out their iced-blended ones which are equally good!
Okay up next is my personal faaaaaavourite, its so chocolate it gave me an instant chocolate high!
Don't be fooled by the size in the photo, when it first arrived I thought it might not be enough to satisfy my craving but boy was I wrong (for the 2nd time)! This consisted of 2 waffles and 2 scoops of ice cream and chocolate sauce all over, you see the cyclindrical thingy in the top right corner, those are filled with chocolate beans for us to pour over the waffles to get the added crunchy taste! This dessert was really super super filling, maybe it was the waffles but I absolutely loved it and definitely going back for more!
Esh and I left the place completely satisfied and actually.. I think I might wanna go back tomorrow to try out their chocolate fondue! :D
